Join our Time to Talk Community Resilience Forum

Do join us on Friday 27th January on the ‘Time to Talk Community Resilience Forum’ on Zoom, to discuss how to help people cope in the town during the cost-of-living crisis. Jonathan, Co-op Member Pioneer Wellingborough, invites you to the eleventh Community Resilience Forum next Friday at 2pm; and this time you can either join in on Zoom or in person at ECO HUB, Glamis Hall, NN8 3RU, where refreshments will also be available.

It’s Time to Talk Day on the 2nd February, it’s the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives. Run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with the Co-op and with support from Time To Change Wales, See Me and Change Your Mind / Inspire, we will look at how to make space in your day for a conversation about mental health this Time to Talk Day.

We will have a small presentation during the Community Resilience Forum about ideas on how to take part in Time to Talk Day, from organising an event in your local library or hosting a lunch and learn session to simply sharing information on social media or texting a friend. We all know the more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone. Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, but a conversation has the power to change lives. Do join us to see what you can do and for what we can share.
