Inclusion Community Resilience Forum

This month’s Community Resilience Forum was about ‘Inclusion’ to see what changes we can enable in our community, to help everyone become more resilient during the cost-of-living crisis.

Thank you to the 7 people joined us for a lively interactive presentation that included plenty of discussion on Zoom. We looked at what inclusion is, and how it works with diversity. Delegates shared their views and stories.

We also networked and shared upcoming activities and events; and talked about how we can co-operate with each other. A good forum, next one is on Friday 25th November at 2pm, register at https://wellingborough.org/site/community-resilience-forum/

Following on from last month’s Mental Health Community Resilience Forum, where we looked at how we can co-operate with each other to provide solutions for wellbeing, we found that co-operation is more effective and more enjoyable than competition, after all we all want to make our community a better place to live and work in. It’s obvious that we can’t do everything, but we can do so much more together, and that’s why we need to work with each other to improve peoples lives.
