Anyone people from across our community can join us, this is networking opportunity for all, the forum will be recorded and shared on YouTube, on this website, via our socials and across social media, to publicise what’s on in Wellingborough.

Join us at 2:00pm with a shorter format of 40 minutes, so we can concentrate on connecting with each other and communicating what we are all doing in the next month. The point is so more people can join in, delegates at ECO HUB will have the opportunity to stay for a cup of tea and a chat off camera till 3:00.

NEW Community Forum starts Friday!

We invite you to Wellingborough Organisations Community Forum at 2:00pm on the last Friday of every month Friday; and our forum re-starts this Friday where you can either join in on Zoom or in person at ECO HUB, Glamis Hall, NN8 3RU, where refreshments will also be available.

  • Share what you are doing in our community.

Anyone people from across our community can join us, including representatives from churches, charities, businesses, community groups, local government, and people with no affiliation. This is networking opportunity for all, the forum will be recorded and shared on YouTube, on our website, via Co-op Member Pioneer Wellingborough and across social media, to publicise what’s on in Wellingborough.

The Community Forum has replaced our Community Resilience Forum, join us at 2:00pm with a shorter format of 40 minutes, that will no longer have a presentation so we can concentrate on connecting with each other and communicating what we are all doing in the next month. The point is so more people can join in, delegates at ECO HUB will have the opportunity to stay for a cup of tea and a chat off camera till 3:00.

At the start of the forum, everyone will be given the chance to introduce themselves and, if applicable, the organisation they represent. To help the host, Jonathan, before the event, he wants to know a little bit about you and what activities you are doing. You don’t have to register to join us, but you do need to register for the Zoom link by filling in this form:

*Your details including your email address will be stored securely on a contact list at the Co-op. Your contact details will not be shared. Jonathan in his capacity as Co-op Member Pioneer may contact you about other forums or projects, unless you request otherwise.

The forum will be recorded and shared on YouTube and details will be published on the Wellingborough Organisations website. Both will also be shared on social media, with the aims of growing the forum and sharing ideas. At the start of every forum, we will ask you all for permission to share your name, organisation and for your permission for us to use photos or video recordings taken. If you prefer, you can also state in the ‘Comments’ box above if you do not want us to share your name and/or have photos or video recordings of you shared.

Do join us next Friday afternoon (30th June) for the Community Resilience Forum to have a look at ‘What Shines in Wellingborough’ and to discuss how to help people cope in the town during the cost-of-living crisis and how we can work together to provide services for everyone.

Wellingborough Organisations and the Co-op are hosting forums for local people and organisations to work on community resilience planning. We would like you to join us on a second series of Community Resilience Forums to discuss how to help people in the town and borough during the cost-of-living crisis.

The aims of Wellingborough Community Resilience Forum are to bring people and groups from across the borough together, to hear people’s concerns and ideas, and see what practical steps we can take to collectively help to meet some of the emerging needs, and provide some coordination and direction for our efforts where possible.

This is your invite to the 14th Community Resilience Forum at 2pm on Friday; and this time you can either join in on Zoom or in person at ECO HUB, Glamis Hall, NN8 3RU, where refreshments will also be available.

  • Share what you are doing in our community on video, even if you can’t make it to this forum. Send your videos to me and we will share them!

Bees Community Resilience Forum

On Friday 26th May the Community Resilience Forum discussed how to help people cope in the town during the cost-of-living crisis and how, like busy bees, we can work together to provide services for them. Join us by watching this recording for a short presentation about bees and a discussion on Zoom, to see if you can help us and to see if we can help you.
